Journalists covering the war in Iraq are increasingly becoming part of the story as more are injured, killed or taken hostage.

I'll say it again. Journalists choose to be in war zones! US Military Forces are sent to war zones and its not something you can opt out of unless you want a real ration of grief.

Entering a war zone by choice is just that, your choice. If you aren't trained in combat, don't carry weapons, and try your best to be where the action is then you have no one to blame except yourself and your ambition. Were I running operations in Iraq & Afghanistan there would be no foreign media people in country for any reason, end of story!

Oh and BTW many of these journalists can't wait to get film or a story about how cruel and heartless the US Military is and splash that story/film all over the world. If any of those troop bashers are killed or injured all I can say is, "Poetic justice!"
