So You Want To Blame Someone!
So you want to blame someone for your lack of privacy. Well you can blame Alexander Graham Bell, when he invented the telephone privacy went on life support and then died after a lingering illness of many years.
We all want/expect privacy in our homes, our business dealings, our sex lives, our e-mails, etc, etc, etc. There can be no such thing as privacy as long as you have a land-line, a cell phone, a cb, an i-pod, a laptop, or a home pc. If you want full privacy don't posess any of the aforementioned gizmos and abandon the 20th & 21st centuries entirely. Otherwise you'll just have to grin and bear it, because privacy is a thing of the past and as time goes on intrusion's into your private life will become even more invasive. (Some quack in the UK is calling for surveillance cameras to be installed in private residences so the authorities can keep an eye on you for suspicious behavior)
So if you want to blame someone, blame Alexander Graham Bell. He was the one who started the ball rolling and so far the ball shows no signs of slowing down.
